1. Email the Webmaster
(do not attach a Word document; copy should appear in the email only): full name of the exhibit
curator name/s
dates of the exhibit
opening reception (date and time)
an alphabetical list of artists in your exhibit
a small paragraph describing the show
2. Email your artists and ask them to email you the following information in one email
(do not attach a Word document; copy should appear in the email only):
Artist name
"[title of sample art in show to be posted on the web]"
year of sample art
dimensions of sample art
medium of sample art
if you want website posted, http://www.
if you want email posted,
artist statement: 150 words about how your art relates to the theme of the
exhibit
attach sample artwork, 72 d.p.i., either 600 pixels high or 600 pixels wide; file should be titled "[artist last name].jpg"
3. Compile all the artist copy from every artist into one email to the Webmaster
(do not attach a Word document; copy should appear in the email only)
4. Email all the images to the Webmaster (stuff the files if possible)
